Starting the Scarf:

Starting with the First Row:

Leave 15 cm of yarn for the fringes.
Using the 7mm crochet hook, make the slip knot.
Crochet 15 chain stitches (adjust the number of stitches based on the desired width).
Chain one more, cut the yarn, leaving another 15 cm for the fringe, and pull it through.

Second Row:

Switch to the 6.5mm crochet hook.
Start on the side you finished the first row.
Instead of the top loops, crochet into the back loops for this row.
