Fourth Space:

Fifth and Sixth Spaces:

  • Make 1 Puff Stitch in each, like the second and third spaces.

Seventh Space:

  • Make 5 Puff Stitches, as in the first and fourth spaces.

Eighth Space:

  • Make a slip stitch to connect.

Over Each Puff Stitch:

  • Make 1 Single Crochet for 5 stitches, then an increase (two single crochets) in the following stitch.
  • Continue with one single crochet over each stitch for the next 13 stitches.

Save

At the Point of the Heart:

  • Make one single crochet, chain two, and one single crochet in the middle stitch of the set of five puff stitches to create the pointed bottom end.

Continuation:

Save

  • Proceed with 13 single crochets, then an increase at the midpoint of the next set of five puff stitches like before.

Finishing Touches:
