  • Skip the first stitch and crochet one single crochet in the next two stitches.
  • Two half double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • Two double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • Two triple crochets in the next four stitches.

One double crochet in the next two stitches.

  • Two half double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • In the last stitch, one single crochet, chain one, and one single crochet.

For the other side:

  • Crochet not through only one yarn, but through specific places mentioned in the video.
  • Two half double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • Two double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • Two triple crochets in the next four stitches.
  • One double crochet in the next two stitches.
  • Two half double crochets in the next two stitches.
  • One single crochet in the next stitch and one single crochet in the last stitch.

Creating a small stem:
